Undocument -nest with extreme prejudice

-nest is a wart that never served any reasonable purpose. While
DBIC is outright deprecating it, SQLA is simply undocumenting it,
committing to keep all tests intact (but not committing to
reimplement -nest in the Data::Query adapter).
