8110f636 70.20 04 February 2010
8 - Add a new Map type. (Ricardo SIGNES)
9 - Properly handle Optional[] types within Tuples and Dicts.

11
f1288bfd 120.19 06 November 2009
68d0710b 13 - Require Devel::PartialDump 0.10 and change tests to expect the
14 correct format of error.
15
d7168e24 160.18 17 August 2009
17 - Changed the Makefile.PL to reduce dependencies not needed by users
18 that are not authors. Bumped the revision and released to clear an
19 error with cpan permissions.
20
7caf630f 210.17 12 August 2009
22 - No new functionality.
23 - Changed the way we specify dependencies in the Makefile.PL to reduce
24 the depth of the dependency chain in cases where we don't need to be
25 running the author quality tests.
26 - Some documentation tweaks.
27
11714f18 280.16 28 May 2009
29 - Fix failing tests and test warnings on MooseX::Types 0.11.
30
d0147de1 310.15 27 May 2009
32 - Change copy on license and added contributors section
33
35a21e0a 340.14 01 May 2009
35 - Use a builder instead of wrapping new to set the default structured
36 coercion (rafl).
37 - Make overflow (slurpy) type constraints introspectable and the name
38 of constraints using them reasonable (rafl).
39
aff0f2cd 400.13 25 April 2009
35a21e0a 41 - Explicitly don't inline yet another constructor to avoid
42 warnings (autarch).

107df03f 440.12 21 April 2009
35a21e0a 45 - Explicitly don't inline the constructor to avoid warnings (rafl).
46 - Pathological test cases for API methods equals, is_a_type_of and
47 is_subtype_of (rafl).
48 - significant improvements to API methods is_a_type_of, is_subtype_of
49 and equals (nothingmuch).

d716430a 510.11 06 April 2009
52 - Fixed braindead bug in the way I override ->validate, which caused
eabdd6a5 53 valiate to never correctly pass a constraint.
54
7559b71f 550.10 02 April 2009
56 - Minor documentation grammar fixes and one major example error fixed
57 - Much improved error reporting. Now we return the 'internal' error
58 that kicked a validation failure. It's still best to use this for
59 debugging rather than for actual user error messages, since I think
60 we are rapidly approaching a need for Moose constraints needing more
61 in the error and message reporting.
62 - Documentation for the above.
0e914b09 630.09 07 March 2009
64 - I guess we don't support the "subtype MyType, [TypeConstraint]" syntax
65 anymore. Changed the recursion test to reflect that, which should fix
66 my 100% fail rate :)
d54624ea 670.08 06 March 2009
68 - New Feature: slurpy method for when you want a structured type
69 constraint that allows trailing arguments of indeterminate length.
70 Please see the documentation and the '11-overflow.t' test for more.
71 - Documentation for above as well as a bunch of POD cleanups, spell
72 checks and improvements to formatting.
73 - Stevan Little submitted a sweet update to the '10-recursion.t' test
74 that blows my mind. Will probably form the core of a to be done set
75 of cookbook style PODs. Worth looking at.
76 - First step at improving the error message you get when validation
77 fails. A full error stacktrace is not in this release, but you now
78 at least get to see part of the offending value.
79
8885cba0 800.07 09 December 2008
81 - Fixed typo in previous changelog
82 - documentation improvements and updates
83 - increased version requirement for MooseX::Types so that we can take
84 advantage of the recursion support added.
85 - added test for recursion.
86
870.06 06 December 2008
dd8c991f 88 - Added a 'helper' type constraint called Optional. See docs for more.
3108fd7b 89 - added lots of tests to cover the API better, coverage and fixes for
d8547fef 90 the ->parameterize method in particular have been clarified.
dd8c991f 91 - changes so that the type contraints are more forgiving when null
92 values appear in method calls.
3108fd7b 93 - used ->make_immutable which should speed up the constraints.
94 - removed some unnecessary calls to use Moose when I wasn't using Moose.
d8547fef 95 - lots of little code cleanup work and more internal documentation.
96 - This version requires a newer Moose than previous versions. The
22727dd5 97 Makefile.PL has been updated to reflect this. This is a required
98 update.

d87e8b74 1000.05 08 November 2008
101 - Fixed some wackiness in the documentation.
eabdd6a5 102
98336987 1030.04 07 November 2008
104 - Bumped minimum required versions of Moose and MooseX-Types to solve
105 problem with overloading and type constraint names (issue resolved
d8547fef 106 in Moose code.)
98336987 107 - Changed the way the required Perl version string is used to increase
108 compatibility and lowered minimum required Perl
109
59deb858 1100.03 29 October 2008
111 - Fixed incorrect Perl version string (rafl)
112 - hide the meta classes from pause. This should clarify which POD is
113 the right one to read and also I want to discourage people from
114 subclassing that stuff since it will probably change
115 - various documentation cleanup
116 - new test 'example.t' with runable versions of the code in the example
117 POD section.
eabdd6a5 118
af1d00c9 1190.02 28 October 2008
fe1fd33c 120 - cleared up some typos in the test suite
af1d00c9 121 - Fixed some POD formatting issues, mostly some dumb tabs I ended up
122 with when I switched editors. Added a bit more documentation
eabdd6a5 123
16aea7bf 1240.01 27 October 2008
af1d00c9 125 - Completed basic requirements, documentation and tests.
