4 - fixed bug where ->is_subtype_of dies meaninglessly when the type we
5 are trying to check is not a type we can find. This makes our
6 handling consistent with core Moose. Also changed ->equals and
7 ->is_a_type_of to be consistent.
8 - Added test case for above
25c705c4 9 - The test suite now uses Test::Fatal instead of Test::Exception (Karen
10 Etheridge).

2bcb44ac 120.24 16 November 2010
13 - Added some performance enhancing caching code (phaeton)
14
51bdaa9a 150.23 01 july 2010
16 - Changes to the return value of ->validate that hopefully is both
17 backwardly compatible as well as more detailed. Now if you have
18 a deeply recursive of repeated type constraints inside other
19 type constraints you will get a drill down report to show the
20 actual type constraint that failed

31 - Add a new Map type. (Ricardo SIGNES)
32 - Properly handle Optional[] types within Tuples and Dicts.

f1288bfd 350.19 06 November 2009
68d0710b 36 - Require Devel::PartialDump 0.10 and change tests to expect the
37 correct format of error.
38
d7168e24 390.18 17 August 2009
40 - Changed the Makefile.PL to reduce dependencies not needed by users
41 that are not authors. Bumped the revision and released to clear an
42 error with cpan permissions.
43
7caf630f 440.17 12 August 2009
45 - No new functionality.
46 - Changed the way we specify dependencies in the Makefile.PL to reduce
47 the depth of the dependency chain in cases where we don't need to be
48 running the author quality tests.
49 - Some documentation tweaks.
50
11714f18 510.16 28 May 2009
52 - Fix failing tests and test warnings on MooseX::Types 0.11.
53
d0147de1 540.15 27 May 2009
55 - Change copy on license and added contributors section
56
35a21e0a 570.14 01 May 2009
58 - Use a builder instead of wrapping new to set the default structured
59 coercion (rafl).
60 - Make overflow (slurpy) type constraints introspectable and the name
61 of constraints using them reasonable (rafl).
62
aff0f2cd 630.13 25 April 2009
35a21e0a 64 - Explicitly don't inline yet another constructor to avoid
65 warnings (autarch).

107df03f 670.12 21 April 2009
35a21e0a 68 - Explicitly don't inline the constructor to avoid warnings (rafl).
69 - Pathological test cases for API methods equals, is_a_type_of and
70 is_subtype_of (rafl).
71 - significant improvements to API methods is_a_type_of, is_subtype_of
72 and equals (nothingmuch).

d716430a 740.11 06 April 2009
75 - Fixed braindead bug in the way I override ->validate, which caused
eabdd6a5 76 valiate to never correctly pass a constraint.
77
7559b71f 780.10 02 April 2009
79 - Minor documentation grammar fixes and one major example error fixed
80 - Much improved error reporting. Now we return the 'internal' error
81 that kicked a validation failure. It's still best to use this for
82 debugging rather than for actual user error messages, since I think
83 we are rapidly approaching a need for Moose constraints needing more
84 in the error and message reporting.
85 - Documentation for the above.
0e914b09 860.09 07 March 2009
87 - I guess we don't support the "subtype MyType, [TypeConstraint]" syntax
88 anymore. Changed the recursion test to reflect that, which should fix
89 my 100% fail rate :)
d54624ea 900.08 06 March 2009
91 - New Feature: slurpy method for when you want a structured type
92 constraint that allows trailing arguments of indeterminate length.
93 Please see the documentation and the '11-overflow.t' test for more.
94 - Documentation for above as well as a bunch of POD cleanups, spell
95 checks and improvements to formatting.
96 - Stevan Little submitted a sweet update to the '10-recursion.t' test
97 that blows my mind. Will probably form the core of a to be done set
98 of cookbook style PODs. Worth looking at.
99 - First step at improving the error message you get when validation
100 fails. A full error stacktrace is not in this release, but you now
101 at least get to see part of the offending value.
102
8885cba0 1030.07 09 December 2008
104 - Fixed typo in previous changelog
105 - documentation improvements and updates
106 - increased version requirement for MooseX::Types so that we can take
107 advantage of the recursion support added.
108 - added test for recursion.
109
1100.06 06 December 2008
dd8c991f 111 - Added a 'helper' type constraint called Optional. See docs for more.
3108fd7b 112 - added lots of tests to cover the API better, coverage and fixes for
d8547fef 113 the ->parameterize method in particular have been clarified.
dd8c991f 114 - changes so that the type contraints are more forgiving when null
115 values appear in method calls.
3108fd7b 116 - used ->make_immutable which should speed up the constraints.
117 - removed some unnecessary calls to use Moose when I wasn't using Moose.
d8547fef 118 - lots of little code cleanup work and more internal documentation.
119 - This version requires a newer Moose than previous versions. The
22727dd5 120 Makefile.PL has been updated to reflect this. This is a required
121 update.
eabdd6a5 122
d87e8b74 1230.05 08 November 2008
124 - Fixed some wackiness in the documentation.
eabdd6a5 125
98336987 1260.04 07 November 2008
127 - Bumped minimum required versions of Moose and MooseX-Types to solve
128 problem with overloading and type constraint names (issue resolved
d8547fef 129 in Moose code.)
98336987 130 - Changed the way the required Perl version string is used to increase
131 compatibility and lowered minimum required Perl
132
59deb858 1330.03 29 October 2008
134 - Fixed incorrect Perl version string (rafl)
135 - hide the meta classes from pause. This should clarify which POD is
136 the right one to read and also I want to discourage people from
137 subclassing that stuff since it will probably change
138 - various documentation cleanup
139 - new test 'example.t' with runable versions of the code in the example
140 POD section.
eabdd6a5 141
af1d00c9 1420.02 28 October 2008
fe1fd33c 143 - cleared up some typos in the test suite
af1d00c9 144 - Fixed some POD formatting issues, mostly some dumb tabs I ended up
145 with when I switched editors. Added a bit more documentation
eabdd6a5 146
16aea7bf 1470.01 27 October 2008
af1d00c9 148 - Completed basic requirements, documentation and tests.
