(travis) Stop using the ramdisk for MySQL/Pg data

Given the very low amount of RAM, the travis setup DOES NOT HELP. Instead of
fishing out the changed configs, just symlink the dirs back where they belong
maint/travis-ci_scripts/10_before_install.bash diff | blob | blame | history
The Perl ORM (dbsrgits@git.shadowcat.co.uk:DBIx-Class.git)
