Merge 'DBIx-Class-current' into 'param_bind'

Removed Class::Data::Accessor and DBIx::Class::AccessorGrouped and
replaced with Class::Accessor::Grouped.

component_class type accessors now just inherited and so no longer
automatcally require classes when set (noted in changes)
