Fixed wrong field names: cd.cdid -> cd.id, artist.artistid ->
artist.id.
Removed use of table aliases in examples.
Fixed redundant & inconsistent brackets on ON clauses in SQL examples.
Added info about multiple joins as well as multi-step joins.
Fixed where 'JOIN' was used instead of 'LEFT JOIN'.
