The constants are not exported by default. You can export them into your namespace by doing:

 use SDL::GFX::Rotozoom ':all';

or access them directly:

 SDL::GFX::Rotozoom::SMOOTHING_OFF;

or by choosing the export tags below:

Export tag: ':smoothing'
