   4         - Fixed incorrect Perl version string (rafl)
   5         - hide the meta classes from pause.  This should clarify which POD is
   6           the right one to read and also I want to discourage people from
   7           subclassing that stuff since it will probably change
   8         - various documentation cleanup
   9         - new test 'example.t' with runable versions of the code in the example
