Changed MX:T:DateTime to use MX:Types.  Updated MX:T:DateTimeX to respect changes in the base class and added the ability to perform string coercions on Durations.  updated version, tests, changelist and docs to reflect all this above

Created MX:T:DateTimeX as extensions to the MX:T:DateTime, created test for new module, updated Makefile.PL for additional dependencies, created Changes file to track revision history.
