Fix skip count for MySQL non-InnoDB tests

Commit 20d44ba70154a47099b1c9d9ffa58af75d55c28c stopped running the
col_accessor_map test on each rescan, and there is one in the skip_rel
block, so deduct the count from the number of tests skipped.
