Merge branch 'run_options'

* run_options:
  Less madness with the environment. Not tested
  Unfuck DateTime type with newer MX::Types
  Fix trailing hatespace
  Skip MYMETA
  Allow the model to be user defined.
  Use appropriate prototype depending on perl version in test.
  Fix a few test annoyances.
