A couple of small tweaks revolving around WWW::Mechanize.

* Made Makefile.PL a little more robust so it doesn't pick up editor
  backup/swap files e.g .#SyntaxHighlight.pm
* Tweaked the skip message in t/app-mech-rootpage.t.
