Merge branch 'master' into test_aggregate
Make Test::Aggregate reinitialize $FindBin::Bin for every test file.
Check for Test::Aggregate >= 0.34_01.
Optionally aggreagate tests.
Move aggregatable tests using TestApp to t/aggregate.
