                was just to ambiguous (e.g., does "prior part" refer to the prior

            - Move use of "load_namespaces" for DBIC from BasicCRUD to 
                MoreCatalystBasics
            - Update the "Table of Contents" in Tutorial.pod to match the current
                sections
