   4           supplied to ->new are put into the hash even if attributes
   5           do not exist for them. This fixes -force recreating application

  82           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine
  83           subclass.

  85           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
  86           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
  87           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
  88           changes. This also makes it much faster.

  90           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
  91           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
  92           old behavior, where the server remained running without
  93           incorporating the change.

  95           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
  96           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
  97           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
  98           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
  99           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
