 181           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine

 184           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
 185           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
 186           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
 187           changes. This also makes it much faster.

 189           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
 190           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 191           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 192           incorporating the change.

 194           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 195           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 196           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 197           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 198           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
