 138           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine

 141           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
 142           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
 143           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
 144           changes. This also makes it much faster.

 146           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
 147           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 148           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 149           incorporating the change.

 151           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 152           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 153           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 154           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 155           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
