 135           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine

 138           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
 139           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
 140           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
 141           changes. This also makes it much faster.

 144           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 145           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 146           incorporating the change.

 148           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 149           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 150           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 151           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 152           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
