 112           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine

 115           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
 116           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
 117           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
 118           changes. This also makes it much faster.

 120           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
 121           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 122           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 123           incorporating the change.

 125           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 126           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 127           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 128           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 129           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
