  98           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine

 101           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
 102           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
 103           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
 104           changes. This also makes it much faster.

 106           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
 107           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 108           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 109           incorporating the change.

 111           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 112           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 113           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 114           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 115           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
