 102         - This release moves the restarter functionality into a new
 103           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine
 104           subclass.

 106           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
 107           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
 108           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
 109           changes. This also makes it much faster.

 111           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
 112           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 113           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 114           incorporating the change.

 116           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 117           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 118           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 119           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 120           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
