 114           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine

 117           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
 118           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
 119           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
 120           changes. This also makes it much faster.

 122           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
 123           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 124           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 125           incorporating the change.

 127           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 128           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 129           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 130           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 131           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
