 140           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine

 143           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
 144           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
 145           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
 146           changes. This also makes it much faster.

 148           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
 149           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 150           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 151           incorporating the change.

 153           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 154           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 155           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 156           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 157           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
