 141           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine

 144           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
 145           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
 146           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
 147           changes. This also makes it much faster.

 149           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
 150           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 151           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 152           incorporating the change.

 154           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 155           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 156           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 157           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 158           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
