 186           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
 187           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
 188           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
 189           changes. This also makes it much faster.

 191           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
 192           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 193           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 194           incorporating the change.

 196           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 197           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 198           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 199           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 200           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
