  91           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine

  94           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
  95           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
  96           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
  97           changes. This also makes it much faster.

  99           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
 100           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 101           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 102           incorporating the change.

 104           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 105           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 106           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 107           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 108           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
