 119           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine

 122           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
 123           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
 124           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
 125           changes. This also makes it much faster.

 127           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
 128           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 129           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 130           incorporating the change.

 132           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 133           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 134           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 135           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 136           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
