  99         - This release moves the restarter functionality into a new
 100           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine
 101           subclass.

 103           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
 104           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
 105           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
 106           changes. This also makes it much faster.

 108           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
 109           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 110           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 111           incorporating the change.

 113           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 114           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 115           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 116           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 117           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
