 117           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine
 118           subclass.

 120           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
 121           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
 122           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
 123           changes. This also makes it much faster.

 125           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
 126           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
 127           old behavior, where the server remained running without
 128           incorporating the change.

 130           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
 131           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
 132           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
 133           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
 134           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
