   8         testers are really weird. I think I misunderstood
   9         build_requires() in ModInst.

  12       - All CPAN reports for 0.05 are failing. Added Catalyst::Devel and
  13         Catalyst to prereqs. It was just Catalyst::Runtime before.
  14       - Also changed around Test App storage a bit to avoid permission
  15         errors on tmp cache file from different user runs.

  18       - Removed UNIVERSAL::require to shrink prereqs and protect
  19         namespaces.
  20       - Turned on test app tests. I want to know if it's failing for
  21         others.

  39       - Took out weird closure over secret; not just sets it plainly.
