  11         use.perl so I'm giving this a shot.

  23         testers are really weird. I think I misunderstood
  24         build_requires() in ModInst.

  27       - All CPAN reports for 0.05 are failing. Added Catalyst::Devel and
  28         Catalyst to prereqs. It was just Catalyst::Runtime before.
  29       - Also changed around Test App storage a bit to avoid permission
  30         errors on tmp cache file from different user runs.
