namespace::autoclean to MooseX::MarkAsMethods

Use MooseX::MarkAsMethods with autoclean => 1 instead of
namespace::autoclean for the use_moose option, to protect operator
overloads.

Add an only_autoclean option to use namespace::autoclean as before.
