[OK] Perl5.004_02 on Alpha NT

[OK] Perl5.004_02 on Alpha NT

After applying the patch below, perl5.004_02 builds and passes
all tests 100% on Alpha NT with MSVC 4.2.

The patch simply wraps around the initialization code in
win32.c which calls _control87().

If desired, I can build a binary dist for Alpha NT based on
Sarathy's packlist for his.
