Changed logic for determining foreign key constraints
in SQL::Translator::Parser::DBIx::Class to compare
self keys against the primary key.

Made SQL::Translator::Parser::DBIx::Class handle
multi-column foreign key constraints.

Added tests on helperrels for these.
