Then rename the top-level source directory like so:
- set security/protection=(o:rwed) perl-5^.11^.2.dir
- rename perl-5^.11^.2.dir perl-5_11_2.dir
+ set security/protection=(o:rwed) perl-5^.13^.1.dir
+ rename perl-5^.13^.1.dir perl-5_12_0.dir

are generally supported by Perl on VMS, I<directory> names with multiple
