   7     - Minor prereq error formatting glitch
   8     - ExtUtils::testlib no longer a thin wrapper around blib, now a
   9       thin wrapper around lib like it was.  blib is noisy on 5.6.1.
  10     - Nick and chromatic found and fixed some warnings in the tests
