   6           not exit before the new child tried to bind to its socket,
   7           it would find the old child blocking the port it wanted.

  35         - This release moves the restarter functionality into a new
  36           module Catalyst::Restarter, that is not a Catalyst Engine
  37           subclass.

  39           The new restarter is simpler and more reliable, because it
  40           does not try to test if a changed piece of code can be
  41           compiled. It simply restarts the server whenever it detects
  42           changes. This also makes it much faster.

  44           However, this does mean that the server can simply die when
  45           a changed file cannot compile. This is different than the
  46           old behavior, where the server remained running without
  47           incorporating the change.

  49           Finally, the new restarter relies on File::ChangeNotify,
  50           which is designed to accomodate per-OS methods of detecting
  51           changed files. As of this writing, it currently ships with a
  52           file watcher that uses inotify on Linux systems, and a
  53           default fallback class that does everything in pure Perl.
